Geof Felton is originally from Pennsylvania but a long-term resident of the state of Florida with his wife of over 50 years, LaVerda. Felton specializes in Commercial Real Estate along with Residential sales. He has experience in buying and selling his own investment properties as well as owning and operating his own successful construction company here in West Volusia. Felton is very involved in the community and is currently a member of; Deland Breakfast Rotary Club (former President), Deland Area Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, and Mainstreet Deland Association (former President).
